Why CremateOS exists

March 14, 2026 • 1 min read

Compliance and custody control for crematory operations — not another all-in-one funeral management system.

Crematories already have management software, spreadsheets, whiteboards, and paper logs. What they often lack is a control layer that refuses to let a case advance when documents, waiting periods, or identity checks are incomplete.

CremateOS is built for that gap:

  • Verify that required documents and fields are present
  • Enforce waiting periods and positive identity checks before cremation
  • Track every custody event in an append-only timeline
  • Prepare complete, versioned records when inspectors or counsel ask

We are not trying to replace your funeral-home platform. We sit on the crematory floor and make compliance and custody harder to skip.

Founding facilities

We are onboarding founding facilities through a guided pilot — walkthrough, sandbox, readiness review, then a paid pilot period — not a generic self-serve free trial for production remains workflows.

If that matches how you want to run the plant, request a walkthrough.
